How soon can I get results?

However, results cannot be guaranteed as an individual’s success depends on many external factors (for example: goals, ability to take action, testing, dedication, implementation, motivation.)

When will I be charged?

This is a recurring monthly paid membership. You will be billed automatically every 30 days. Your card will be charged upon sign up, and you can cancel at any time. Simply enter your billing information to create an account and access your membership.

Yearly payment plans will auto-renew every 12 months, until canceled.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you join and find The DBM Members Club isn’t for you, then you can cancel easily any time. In fact, it just takes two clicks! You have complete control. If you want help with canceling your subscription, we are happy to do so. What’s more, if there is remaining time on your membership, you'll continue to have access until the end of that billing cycle.

Note: We require 3 days notice (via email or self-billing portal) to cancel memberships prior to the upcoming re-bill date.

Can I get a refund?

Digital Brand Managers Ltd, and the DBM Members Club do not issue refunds due to the nature of our products (digital products/downloads and immediate access to available resources.)
